Sandoval Lake Lodge
Located deep in Peru’s Tambopata National Reserve, the Sandoval Lake Lodge offers an incredible portal to the wildlife rich Amazon Rainforest. Guests at the lodge have the opportunity to go out on treks in the morning or the afternoon to spot wildlife and marvel at the flora and forna. The lodge offers excellent facilities such as hot showers and fans, and every bed is covered with a mosquito net. All meals are included in stays at this lodge. Sandoval Lake Lodge is built out of ecologically-correct driftwood mahogany and is owned jointly by a nonprofit conservation group and five families of indigenous Brazil nut collectors. This lodge offers fantastic insight into the intimate jungle, while providing ethical tourism.
Heath River Wildlife Center
Nestled in the beautiful Amazon Rainforest, Heath River Wildlife Center offers excellent viewing of a huge variety of wildlife. Bordering two radically different ecosystems of rainforest and lowland savannah, it runs through the heart of the Tambopata-Madidi reserve areas of Peru and Bolivia, a vast and largely inaccessible wilderness. Heath River Wildlife Center is the only eco-lodge on this river. And it offers the world’s only large macaw clay lick, which you can get to within half a day. The lodge itself is made from eco-friendly local materials, such as “driftwood.” It offers guests an intimate environment to observe wildlife, with just ten private bungalows, all equipped with private bathrooms, with a large dining and common area. Now Heath River Wildlife Center offers a new attraction a double platform in a big tree that offers you the chance to admire birds, monkeys and also a nice landscape.

Cock of the rock
Named after the famous Peruvian national bird Cock-of-the-rock (Rupicola peruviana) this lodge provides excellent exposure to another Peruvian national treasure, the Manu ecological reserve. The Cock-of-the-rock is located in the heart of the mystical cloud forest and immerses guests in the wonders of the jungle. Spectacled Bears, Woolly Monkeys, Brown Capuchin Monkeys, quetzals and a host of colorful birds inhabit the surrounding forest right by the lodge, offering guests spectacular, unforgettable viewings. The lodge offers excursions through a bamboo forest and many opportunities to sight wildlife, and accommodates guests staying longer with more detailed trails. The lodge itself consists of 12 double-occupancy wooden bungalows with private bath facilities, and a separate part with a dining room. The lodge is run by a local highland family, ensuring that money is reinvested in the community.
Manu Wildlife Centre
This wildlife centre offers a truly unique experience of jungle immersion, the lodge is in very close proximity to the world’s largest tapir lick and a huge macaw and parrot lick. It also offers incredible trails through the rainforest that enable guests to see an abundance of monkeys, and is also close to two mature lakes which have an abundance of caimans and Giant Otters. Manu Wildlife centre ensures guests don’t leave disappointed with a wealth of animals, birds and plantlife waiting to be discovered in its natural habitat. The lodge is full of modern amenities, and boasts private bungalows with private bathrooms. It allows guests to live in modern environment inside the lodge while experiencing the wonders of the sublime jungle outside.
Aqua Amazon River Cruise
The Aqua Amazon cruise ship is custom built to explore the Amazon in the utmost comfort. Spacious and indulgent, yet intimate enough to feel entirely exclusive, it incorporates extremely generous lounging and dining areas, and can accommodate a maximum of 24 guests plus crew including our on board paramedic. Generous picture windows face the Amazon River (with blackout windows for maximum privacy) in each of the ship’s 12 deluxe suites, of which four are Master Suites.
